I booked our reservation to Oahu Hawaii through Costco Travel for our 5th Anniversary. However, there is Hurricane Lane which is hitting Hawaii for same weekend 8/25. Even though itโ€™s a natural disaster Costco is charging me 375.74$ to cancel my resort, even after Resort said (I called and confirmed) there is no cancellation fee as its an incremental Weather Condition.

They told me there is a charge even for changing my reservation to different weekend even though United Airlines waived the change fee (I got an email plus I called and confirmed) and Resort confirmed there is no change fee.

On top of all these, every time I call Costco Travel Agency it would either disconnect after 30-40 minutes or there was over 100 (First Answered Call) & 40 (Second Answered Call) minutes hold to get a Customer Rep on call, I have call records to prove the same. Costco Travel made my travelling experience real disaster. Costco travel reps were super mean and un helpful, this is my worst customer service nightmare. If I would rate their customer service, it would be negative 10000%.

I have been Costco executive member for ever but I tell you now I am cancelling my membership and I and my family would never buy from Costco again. I will make sure I share my story with every one. I will pray everyday for rest of my life that Costco Travel shut down.
