We booked our 30th cruise recently with Costco and our LAST. We require early or preferably My Time Dining for health issues.
The Agent said that they will do that and claimed he even call the cruise lines to verify. Last week friends cleared the so called wait list to get My Time Dining and my wife called Costco to find out they booked us at late dining and we were not wait Listed for My time.
The costco agent called the cruise line and said she now got us wait listed for early and My time Dining but My time was now closed. Costco told us to call the cruise line which we contacted and quickly informed us that we needed to work this issue thru COSTCO..what a joke...we will probably be cancelling our cruise as well as our membership after this incompetence
