Service agent m, Mikayla, was thorough in checking out options. She even called me back when I accidentally disconnected her-that hardly ever happens!
She was pleasant and gave us credit for the incorrect information we had been given by another travel agent. She did everything she could!
From4/11/2025 until yesterday4/16/2025, dealing with Costco Travel was like a dog chasing its tail.
The incompetence and attitude at the rental site was a blot on Costco Travel and Costco Wholesale reputation. Especially for me a long time member.
