We had car for month with 21 days with added driver. According to our agreement with COstco driver was free.....They charged it.

I almost missed my plane so did not get copy of bill. 210,00 should be deducted. Is that the correct policy of Enterprise and COstco as in brochure?

I can protest American Express, but I need to know if this is your policy as stated. I am a new member.

I purchased the wrong hotel. I wanted to reserve the grand hotel California but got a different hotel. How can I fix this?

One of the items asked for to move reservation is the phone number to costco travel agency. I've tried 186******** and that number does not match in their (Royal Caribbean) system. Is there another number?

I purchased a package for flights to Orlando for March 19th. It included a hotel and rental car.

I would like to cancel the car and hotel, but I would like to be able to reschedule the flights and not loose my money.

How do I go about doing this when it is impossible to reach a person on the phone? I have been trying for several days and there is no option to wait on hold

We booked our flight to Vancouver to take the Holland America ship on June 08/19 I was told that the latest we can be there to embark is 2:00pm I'm worried we won't have time as our plane is landing in Vancouver at 8:30 am Is there a shuttle from the airport to the ship and where is the ship going to be exactly.
