Costco Travel - Ripoff night mare
We booked a Maui package trip (family of 4) and started it by Hawaiian airlines denying us boarding for being late. This is while the plane had 30 more minutes to depart.
We were late because the airport shuttle was late. They had obviously overbooked the plane and were waiting to turn passengers away for being a few minutes late.
They did not offer us any other alternative ways to flight unless we wanted to pay another 4000$ in air fairs. We missed our package and trip and paid for it. Neither Hawaiian airlines nor Costco wanted to resolve this and they were extremely rude about this.
This is just unacceptable. Rippoff.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $4300.
